Delete your Breda account

Breda is operated by Paybreda. Use this page to permanently delete yourBreda account and associated data. This can't be undone.

How to delete your account

In the Breda app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account — or open this page directly atpaybreda.com/delete-account.
Sign in to the account you want to delete, if you aren't already.
Read what's deleted and what's kept below, then tick the confirmation box.
Select “Permanently delete my account.”

Deletion happens immediately — no further action or waiting period is needed. You can also request deletion by emailingsupport@paybreda.comfrom the address on your account.

What gets deleted

These are deleted and cannot be recovered:

Your profile and sign-in details — name, email address, and phone number.
Your active sessions and any linked sign-in providers (e.g. Google).
The link between your account and your past orders.
Orders still awaiting payment, which are removed outright.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of completed payments and orders — the order reference, amount, the bundle or service bought, the recipient number, date, and payment status — are retained as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. We keep them forup to 6 years, after which they are deleted or further anonymized. Once your account is deleted these records are anonymized: they are no longer linked to you, your name, or your contact details.
